1Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, adding credits, or using any feature of the VideoForge platform ("Service"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service.

2Credits, Billing & Refund Policy

• No refunds. All credit purchases are final. We do not issue refunds for any reason, including dissatisfaction with AI output, rendering errors, or unused credits.
• Credits consumed on failure. If an operation starts and the AI or rendering pipeline encounters an error, a partial credit charge may still apply. Where possible, we attempt to refund the operation automatically, but this is not guaranteed.
• Credits do not expire. Unused credits remain in your account indefinitely unless your account is suspended or terminated for a violation of these Terms.
• Pricing changes. VideoForge reserves the right to change the cost of any operation. Changes will be announced and will not affect credits already on your balance.
• Credit top-ups. Credits are added manually via WhatsApp or email. We are not liable for delays caused by time zone differences or communication lag.
• No chargeback. Initiating a payment chargeback or dispute for a credit purchase will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.

3AI-Generated Content

VideoForge uses third-party AI services to analyse scripts and source visual content. You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI output — including B-roll images, video clips, and motion graphics — is generated automatically and may not always be accurate, relevant, or appropriate for your use case.
• We make no guarantee of the quality, suitability, or completeness of any AI-generated video.
• Images and footage are sourced from third-party providers (Bing, Pexels, stock libraries). We do not guarantee the copyright status of sourced media. You are responsible for verifying licensing before publishing any video commercially.
• Rendered videos may contain inaccuracies or errors in AI-chosen visuals. You must review all output before distribution.
• VideoForge is not liable for any claims arising from the use or publication of AI-generated content.

4Your Content & Uploads

• You must own or have a valid licence for all subtitle files, audio recordings, and any other content you upload to the Service.
• You must not upload content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or infringes on the rights of any third party.
• You retain ownership of your uploaded content. By uploading, you grant VideoForge a limited licence to process it solely for the purpose of delivering the Service to you.
• We do not sell or share your uploaded content with third parties.
• We reserve the right to delete uploaded files after a reasonable retention period to free server space.

5Acceptable Use

You agree not to use VideoForge to:

• Create videos that promote violence, hate speech, or discrimination.
• Produce content that violates applicable laws or regulations in your jurisdiction.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the platform's APIs or infrastructure.
• Share login credentials with other people.
• Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these rules, without refund of any remaining credit balance.

6Service Availability

• VideoForge is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.
• Planned maintenance, third-party outages (Gemini AI, Supabase, Pexels, etc.), or unexpected failures may temporarily interrupt the Service.
• We are not liable for any loss of data, revenue, or opportunity resulting from Service downtime or errors.

7Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VideoForge and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or reputational harm — arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount of credits you purchased in the 30 days preceding the claim.

8Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
