Short version We collect your email and basic usage data to run the service. We do not sell your data. Your uploaded files are used only to generate your video and are not shared with third parties.

VideoForge AI ("we", "us", "our") operates the website videoforge.sbs and the video creation service available at videoforge.sbs/app.

VideoForge uses the following third-party services to operate. Each has its own privacy policy.

Authentication and database — stores your account data

Google Gemini AI

Analyses your script to plan video scenes

Pexels

Source for royalty-free stock images and clips

Bing Image Search

Web image search for B-roll sourcing

Remotion

Video rendering engine (runs locally on our server)

Your uploaded content may be transmitted to Google Gemini for script analysis. We do not store AI provider responses beyond what is needed to complete your request.

5Data Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS.
Account credentials are managed by Supabase — we never store plain-text passwords.
Access to the admin area and database is restricted to authorised operators only.
Despite these measures, no system is 100% secure. We encourage you not to upload sensitive personal information in subtitle files.

6Cookies & Local Storage

VideoForge uses browser localStorage to remember your terms acceptance and session state. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels.

Supabase may set session cookies for authentication. These are strictly necessary and cannot be opted out of while using the Service.

7Your Rights

Access: You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
Correction: You can ask us to correct inaccurate data.
Deletion: You can request deletion of your account and associated data. Note: transaction records may be retained for legal and financial compliance.
Portability: You can request an export of your data in a machine-readable format.

8Children

VideoForge is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with data, please contact us immediately so we can delete it.

9Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect any changes. We will notify users of material changes via email or an in-app notice.
